Something In The Stars: A Review

something in the stars:

week of February 13th, 2017

02 / 13 / 17

Although the planets are ever dynamic and constantly orbiting, sometimes there aren’t many transition’s to speak of, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t always pulling us in a certain direction.  This week most of the planets are staying within their current influences and if you can’t remember where they are… this review is for you.
Right now the Sun is in Aquarius inspiring original ideas and rousing new adventures. Coincidentally Mercury the messenger also happens to be in Aquarius so you can put your money where your mouth is; be sure to try something that scares you before the week is over.
Venus, the love planet, will be firmly planted in Aries this Valentine’s Day providing a direct and spontaneous approach to romance. Be bold & flirtatious… even if it’s with your old ball and chain.  Mars is also hanging out in Aries creating a courageous and competitive spirit amongst all of us.
Farther away is Jupiter, the planet of optimism, awareness and learning.  Right now it is in the constellation of balance & diplomacy (Libra) from September 2016 to October 2017. Hopefully this will help us learn some  compromise and harmony during a time when it seems we will really need it.
Saturn has been in Sagittarius for a couple of years so it often gets forgotten.  Saturn represents structure, order & responsibility but right now it is in an exploratory and instinctive sign.  If you’ve been more daring for the last couple of years that will end in December and obligation will be a higher priority.
Lastly is Uranus which has been sitting in Aries since 2011.  This planet is associated with explosive events that are beyond our control and they are exemplified in the unpredictable sign of Aries.  It seems for the last few years the planets were taking us on a tumultuous ride and in the next few years things will be slowing down.  Smoother times are ahead, we aren’t there yet, but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
